The Sitter Source Process

Using our service is as easy as 1,2,3!!

Getting started…

  1. Download “The Sitter Source” in the Apple App or Google Play Store.   
  2. Register
  3. Create your family profile, wait for a TSS agent to make you an active member, then get started booking your sitters!

To book one of our sitters…

  1. Tap “Book” and enter your booking details.  You will be able to see an estimated rate that includes all caregiver and agency fees. Your request will be sent to our available caregivers and you’ll receive a notification when one accepts the job.  We cannot guarantee that every request will be accepted.
  2. During the job, the caregiver will keep track of the time you’re out. 
  3. At the end of the job, simply review the final times and fees.   Agency fees will be charged to your credit card and caregiver fees can be paid with cash. 
  4.  Remember ALL sitter requests MUST be booked through the app and the sitters should not be contacted directly. Failure to follow this rule will result in removal from our services!!!!!
