Jill and Jessica of TPN pride themselves on recruitment of qualified and professional domestic in-home employees.
In order to work with our agency, we request:

1.) You agree to treat your hire as a professional and offer agency industry standards.

2.) You pay your hire legally. 

3.) You agree to pay at least the minimum hourly rate within your area. (Offering a higher competitive rate will attract more qualified candidates.)

4.) You sign an employer/employee work agreement that is shared with the agency upon job acceptance.

Our professional career nannies should be paid a minimum of $24-$30+ per hour to start. Our housekeepers and household managers should be paid a minimum of $30-$40+ per hour to start. Several factors can determine which pay rate you should offer. Contact a TPN agent for advice on the appropriate range for your position.
TPN requires these benefits for full and part time positions. Vacation and personal/sick days can be negotiated for part-time positions. Speak to a TPN agent for more info.
These benefits are not required but great to offer if possible.
