Our professional career nannies should be paid a minimum of $24-$30+ per hour to start. Our housekeepers and household managers should be paid a minimum of $30-$40+ per hour to start. Several factors can determine which pay rate you should offer. Contact a TPN agent for advice on the appropriate range for your position.

It is industry standard to offer your nanny guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation(one week nanny's choice and one week family's choice), 3-5 sick/personal days per year and all major holidays paid. Do you agree to offer these benefits? *

TPN requires these benefits for full and part time positions. Vacation and personal/sick days can be negotiated for part-time positions. Speak to a TPN agent for more info.
