Family Process and Fees

1. Give us a call!  Our initial phone consultation is FREE!

2. Getting The Process Started! Choose your Tier and complete our family registration form. The non-refundable registration fee of $350 is due at this time.

3. The Search Begins! Our job-specific recruitment process will eliminate the need for you to weed through countless of candidate profiles. We will only send the profiles of the most qualified individuals for you to review and interview.

4. Decision Time! Once you decide on your perfect match, you may extend an offer and schedule your trial (if applicable).

5. Final Step! Create a payroll account for your nanny and sign your nanny/family agreement. The placement fee is due at this time.

6.  This Doesn’t Mean Good-Bye! The Preferred Nanny offers ongoing support throughout the employment of your new hire. You may reach out any time with questions or concerns.

Prime Package

15% of the Caregivers First-Year Salary or a Minimum of $4,750

Temporary Caregiver-

$2,500

  • Short-term placement of 90-180 days (3-6 months)

Daily Caregiver

PA & NC $25+ per hour

Are you a Military Family?  We offer 10% discount off of your placement fee!

Our caregivers are professional and will expect to be paid anywhere from (PA & NC $24-$40 an hour/MA & NY $26-$45 an hour) to start depending upon experience, number of children, job description and location.  We want both our caregivers and clients to be as serious as we are at finding quality and reliable care for your most prized possessions, your children.
