Nanny/Caregiver Application

ALL APPLICANTS MUST:

• Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving history and your own vehicle for transportation.
• Have current state and national criminal checks or be willing to obtain these.
• Have 3 verifiable professional child care references. (No family or friends)
• Be CPR certified or willing to obtain.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have AT LEAST 3 years of prior professional childcare experience.
• Be a non-smoker.
• Be eligible to legally work within the US.

We are mom owned agency and support other working moms.  However, we do not refer candidates who intend to bring their child to work. Typically, families working with agencies are in search for exclusive care.
