Jill and Jessica of TPN pride themselves on recruitment of qualified and professional domestic in-home employees.
In order to work with our agency, we request:

1.) You agree to treat your hire as a professional and offer agency industry standards.

2.) You pay your hire legally. 

3.) You agree to pay at least the minimum hourly rate within your area. (Offering a higher competitive rate will attract more qualified candidates.)

4.) You sign an employer/employee work agreement that is shared with the agency upon job acceptance.
